Beginners Dutch Course
A1
By the end of the course, you'll understand and use everyday phrases and simple sentences for everyday situations. You'll confidently introduce yourself and others, and have conversations about things like where you live, who you know, and things you like. Plus, you'll be able to join basic conversations, especially if the other person speaks slowly and is open to helping you along. We call this course: Practical Essentials.
Beginners Dutch Course A2
By the end of this level, you'll be able to understand simple sentences about everyday topics like family, shopping, and where you live or work. You'll feel comfortable talking about basic things and easily share information on topics you know well. Plus, you'll be able to discuss your background, current location, and what you need using easy-to-understand words. This course is called Discover Your Dutch Voice.


Dutch Course B1
As you progress to B1, you'll easily understand the main points of information about topics you're familiar with, such as work, school, or your favourite activities. You'll become adept at navigating most situations. Additionally, you'll be able to express yourself in writing with simple sentences about topics you know or enjoy. Plus, you'll confidently discuss experiences, dreams, and briefly explain your thoughts or plans. We call this course: Sharing Ideas.
Dutch Course B2
As you reach CEFR B2, you'll confidently grasp the main ideas from challenging texts, even those related to your field of study. Conversing with native speakers will feel easy and natural, with no strain for either of you. You'll be expressive and open, sharing your thoughts on current issues and discussing different options with clarity and depth. We call this course: Express yourself.

Improvisation Games as a CEFR Dutch Course
The level of the Hoezo courses correspond to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).

Personalisation of Curriculum
Upon enrolment, we gather your specific information to determine your goals, discussed in a 1-on-1 session at the course's start.

Setting goals together
Understanding your goals is crucial for focusing on your priorities, enabling us to manage your learning process more effectively and alleviate challenges.

Progress evaluation
During the intensive course, we provide two assessment opportunities for progress review with your teacher.

Half-time evaluation
At the course midpoint, we conduct an evaluation covering writing, reading, listening, speaking, and grammar. This allows us to gauge your progress and discuss areas for improvement in a one-on-one session with your instructor.

Exam and retake
At the conclusion of the course, there will be a comprehensive examination. Upon achieving a satisfactory outcome, you will be awarded a certificate corresponding to your CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, B2).
